Ztella, aka Boogie Man or Masta Splinter in the Algerian underground Hip-Hop scene, is a dancer, rapper, and singer-songwriter born in Algiers and raised in Tipaza. Introduced to music through television and parental influences, he delved into breakdancing at 14, which evolved into a lifelong passion for dance and Rap. Co-founding groups like Hidjaz Flow and Gourbilas, he collaborated with international artists, creating the unique T-FUNK genre. Ztella won many national and international competitions in breakdancing. He’s also a member of the Universal Zulu Nation, and a Hip-Hop culture activist fostering collaborations across art disciplines and cultures.
